In 2017, she founded Avocado Tree Digital (Singapore & India) to help businesses solve the ‘lack of digital strategy' problem & to create digital playbooks, demand & traffic generation strategies and provide associated tactical services.
Before that, Kavita has worked globally as a digital agency head for 6 yrs in Singapore (2011-16) and 12 yrs in India (2000-11) where she managed the agency & client acquisitions of global brands and more than 20 Singapore Government enterprises for digital services over multiple year contracts.
In India, she has on-boarded publicly listed companies on their digital transformation journey such as Lux, Century Ply & Khadim's. She headed Click Asia Summits (2011-2016), a CXO Level digital tech conference as well. As a thought leader, she shares insights at leading global events every year.
She is invited to run workshops on digital strategy & content marketing for corporates & events across Asia & is the Subject Matter Expert for an online course on content marketing certified by MICA, India.
